★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product ziet er goed uit, maar slechte service. Ik heb een pasjeshouder met rits besteld, maar kreeg er één zonder. Gemaild en gebeld om te bespreken of dit omgeruild kon worden, maar krijg helaas geen reactie.
Product looks good but bad service. I ordered a card holder with a zipper, but got one without. Emailed and called to discuss whether this could be exchanged, but unfortunately no response.

Dan denk je ik ga ze bellen,niet 1 van de nummers die te vinden zijn,zijn in gebruik!!
En ondertussen zit je met een lederen pasjeshouder die na 8 maanden er niet meer uitziet.
Slechte service dus.
Via een duur nr geprobeerd ook daar 0 resultaat.
Uiteindelijk toch contact gekregen via een digitaal formulier van de website.
En keurig netjes een nieuwe pashouder ontvangen?
You can email what you want, total 0.0 response.
Then you think I'm going to call them, not 1 of the numbers that can be found are in use!!
And meanwhile you are left with a leather card holder that no longer looks good after 8 months.
So bad service.
Tried via a duration number also 0 result.
Finally got in touch via a digital form from the website.
And neatly received a new pass holder
