Over het plaatsen van de mechanische ventilatie en de werking ervan zijn wij zeer tevreden. Het begin van het traject was wel verwarrend. We hebben een vrijblijvende offerte aangevraagd, maar wij moesten een aanbetaling doen. Dit was niet vooraf gemeld op werkspot.nl of via de mail. Een onaangename verrassing. Uiteindelijk hebben wij de opdracht wel door hen laten uitvoeren. De werklui die de klus hebben uitgevoerd zijn vriendelijk. Toen dat niet lukte doordat de Zehnder firmware server niet online was, werd ik de volgende dag gebeld voor een tweede, nu succesvolle, poging. Kundige, sociale, vriendelijke monteur die zich niet uit het veld liet slaan door een paar hobbels. JCB asked to upgrade the firmware of our Zehnder WTW. Knowledgeable, sociable, friendly mechanic who wasn't put off by a few bumps.

Then a day before I asked them to confirm that they are coming and then they send me a message that the item we agreed to replace is not available and the replacement costs much more. They received such an email from the wholesaler, they said. I asked them to share the email, which they never did. Then they said that they have it in the car?! It did not feel right. My advise is to be careful with these guys. Once a cheater - always a cheater.
