★ ★ ★ ★ ★ heb ongveer een maand geleden mijn nike vapermax besteld maar nog steeds niets binnen gekregen ik probeer ze al 2 weken te bereiken maar krijg geen reactie terug echt jammer het is zoon mooie winkel
I ordered my nike vapermax about a month ago but still haven't received anything I've been trying to reach them for 2 weeks but haven't received any response back it's a shame it's such a beautiful store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meerdere malen slechte ervaring gehad met jd sports. Echt een puinhoop ze hebben niks op orde.
Op site kan je alles in je winkelmandje stoppen, vervolgens betalen. Maar de artikelen worden niet geleverd. Je betaald verzendkosten, maar krijgt niet je volledige bestelling. Op de overige artikelen kan je weken lang wachten. De track and trace is ook niet te volgen.
Hier heb ik meerdere keren naar hun over geschreven en zou uit eindelijk opgelost worden bij mijn volgende bestelling, maar is niks van waar.
En ervaar weer het zelfde probleem. Echt zwaar irritant.
Had a bad experience with jd sports several times. Really a mess they have nothing in order.
On site you can put everything in your shopping cart, then pay. But the items are not delivered. You pay shipping costs, but you do not receive your entire order. You can wait weeks for the other articles. The track and trace is also not trackable.
I wrote to them about this several times and it would finally be resolved with my next order, but nothing is true.
And experience the same problem again. Really irritating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Openingstijden online komen niet overeen met de winkel, coronatijd wordt er dan geroepen, terwijl dat nu toch wel voorbij is. Half uur in de kou staan wachten, terwijl 4 man personeel rondloopt. 9.30 uur eindelijk naar binnen kunnen en dan direct horen dat het product er niet is. Meisje bij de kassa wel vriendelijk. Kleine moeite om deze vraag meteen te beantwoorden. Service erg slecht, telefonisch niet bereikbaar en willen geen moeite doen voor een klant. Laatste bezoek aan deze winkel.

Little effort to answer this question right away. Service very poor, unreachable by phone and don't want to make an effort for a customer. Last visit to this shop.

NEVER pay at this store with card. They book the amount twice from your account with their fraudet system. The customer support is not caring about this issue.
I WANT STILL MY MONEY BACK ONE TIME!!!
