★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonisch niet te bereiken. En totaal niet klant vriendelijk. Nieuwe voorraad is belangrijker dan de klant. Jong personeel is alleen maar met collega's in gesprek tijdens het klantgesprek. Ik haal hier nooit meer mijn schoenen!
 Cannot be reached by phone. And not customer friendly at all. New stock is more important than the customer. Young staff only talk to colleagues during the customer meeting. I will never get my shoes here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima winkel! Snel contact gekregen voor het maken voor een afspraak vandaag heel fijn. Alleen het assortiment voor baby schoenen was minimaal. Ze hadden geen sportkleding voor baby's erg jammer, anders 5 sterren.
Great shop! Got in touch quickly to make an appointment today, very nice. Only the range for baby shoes was minimal. They had no sportswear for babies very unfortunate otherwise 5 stars.

We got 2 pairs of shoes here in 24 hours, and that is pure because they have beautiful shoes. They have some and incredible cabin service. No good word for over. I will never go to the JD again. Totally not customer friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trendy establishment. The employees are kind and professional and willing to help and answer questions. The store is rather small during busy business hours, but very manageable. The only downside was the lack of basketball shoes, but other shoes are more then enough available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their website states delivery times are 5-14 working days but their customer service states 10-16 working days. I received an email that my package has been shipped but no tracking info, customer service gave me the tracking code but that code says the package has not been shipped yet. Since then customer service hasn't replied to my emails. Will not order again.
