We went with my husband to buy shoes, and we've been asking for help for a while, and no employee was serving us, they say find yourself . my husband took the shoes but he was mistaken he got the wrong number but did not get the box , I went to the shop in the afternoon to change with my receipt, but they did not help me. they said that since I did not have the box did not change the shoes, the box was in the shop. I do not understand why not change my shoes ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in countless sneakers and clothes stores within EU but this one is the best imo. All the staffs member were so nice and helpful. We had quite interesting conversation about sneakers. The staff members were putting extra effort to help me search a pair of sneakers that I was struggling to find for months. I am very pleased with the service and people of the store. One of the best shopping experience I have.
