Wat ik enorm waardeer aan hun werkwijze is dat ze in staat zijn mensen zonder veel theoretische kennis mee te nemen in de ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden. Dit doen ze op een voor mij te begrijpen manier. Verder kijken ze altijd naar wat er al is en waarop verder gebouwd kan worden. Dit komt in nieuwe projecten de efficiëntie en tijdsinvestering ten goede. Graag ga ik met JDI het gesprek aan over nieuwe wensen en ideeën voor onze organisatie. Ze weten perfect de vertaalslag te maken van theorie naar praktijk, waarbij ze geen blad voor de mond nemen. Waar nodig komen ze met kritische feedback en verdiepende vragen. Op deze manier dragen we samen zorg voor de beste oplossing voor het vraagstuk. Ook de samenwerking met de directeur, Jarno Eggink, verloopt erg prettig. Wanneer een keer niet alles vlekkeloos verloopt, bv in de communicatie, gaan ze het gesprek hierover niet uit de weg en zorgen ze ervoor dat we in samenspraak tot een passende oplossing komen. In twee gevallen kwam men met suggesties waaraan wijzelf nog niet hadden gedacht. Ook toen bij een tussentijdse demonstratie bleek dat er een duidelijk verschil van interpretatie was over een requirement werd Flexibiliteit getoond. De fix werd zonder bijkomende kosten gerealiseerd. Al met al dus een flexibel bedrijf met innovatieve ideeën. Voor een eventuele volgende klus leg ik sowieso opnieuw contact!
