D	Dina Moris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben een nieuwe klant gisteren via treatwell gereserveerd voor vandaag om me nagels te doen de goede reviews trok mij aan, vanochtend heb ik weer gebeld of ik op een andere tijdstip kon komen dat kon niet, ik vond niet erg ik zei ik kom wel, vervolgens appt zij mij met kom je vandaag en als je komt dan moet je een aanbetaling doen van €15, ik was er niet mee eens omdat het nergens op haar site iets over een aanbetaling stond, daarna vroeg ik of ik nog kon komen vandaag, haar antwoord was nee ik heb al je afspraak uit de systeem gehaald. Zo gaat zij met nieuwe klanten om dus erg onprofessioneel om zo met je nieuwe klanten om te gaan. Gewoon af dwingen voor een aanbetaling anders word je afspraak uit gehaald. I'm a new customer yesterday through treatwell reserved for today to do my nails the good reviews attracted me, this morning I called again to see if I could come at another time I couldn't, I didn't mind I said I'll come, then she texts me with are you coming today and if you come then you have to pay a deposit of €15, i disagreed because it was nowhere on her site about a deposit, then i asked if i could still come today, her answer was no i have already deleted your appointment from the system. This is how she deals with new customers so very unprofessional to deal with your new customers. Just force a deposit otherwise your appointment will be cancelled.

Ze neemt de tijd voor de nagels, luistert naar de wensen van de klant en geeft ook eigen ideeën die daar dan bij passen en maakt er weer iets fantastisch van! Wil je iets veranderen of aan laten passen dan maakt ze altijd tijd voor je vrij. Ze zorgt ervoor dat je 100% tevreden weer vertrekt. De nagels blijven altijd goed en mooi zitten. Top service! I've been to a lot of salons, but this is really my favorite. Very nice and always thinks along with you what is fun. If you want to change or adjust something, she always makes time for you. She ensures that you leave 100% satisfied. The nails always stay in place and look good. Top service!

Ik ga altijd tevreden weg nadat ik mijn nagels bij haar heb laten doen. Zeker aan te raden! Stephanie is sociable and professional. She knows what she is doing and is also nice and creative with it. I always leave satisfied after getting my nails done on her. Definitely recommend!

Stephanie is heel aardig, heeft heel veel kennis over haar vak en doet echt moeite om haar klanten blij te maken. Ik heb nooit eerder kunstnagels gehad, maar heb nu mijn vaste adresje! Really beautiful nails, I had gel and acrylic nails myself at Jealis and both sets looked great. Stephanie is very nice, has a lot of knowledge about her profession and really makes an effort to make her customers happy. I have never had artificial nails before, but now I have my permanent address!

Aan het eind was ik zo tevreden met de kleur die ze voor mijn nagels gebruikte. Daarnaast verwelkomt ze en voert ze een gesprek tijdens het bezoek. Ik voel me op mijn gemak tijdens het bezoek naar de salon. Zou het aanraden de salon. I entered the salon, I still had no design in mind. I asked Stephenie to come up with a design for me. In the end, I was so pleased with the color she used for my nails. In addition, she welcomes and conducts a conversation during the visit. I feel comfortable visiting the salon. Would recommend the salon.
