Door haar scherpe blik en vaardigheid in het stellen van de juiste vragen werd een beginnend probleem in de kiem gesmoord.
 There was a student in a full upper secondary school who, in my opinion, was seeking negative attention. I asked Jelly to watch what happened in a lesson, using image coaching. Her keen eye and skill in asking the right questions nipped an emerging problem in the bud.
