★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben drie jaar geleden bij Desiree terrecht gekomen omdat ik heel graag wilde afvallen maar het lukte me gewoon niet, had al van alles geprobeerd.
Zei sprak mij een keer aan op mijn werk en omdat ik Desiree regelmatig op de sportschool zag vroeg ze of ik eens een keer bij haar praktijk langs wilde komen.
Dat heb ik gedaan en met resultaat.
Desiree liet mij zien dat je door gewoon gezond te eten en regelmatig wat te eten af kon vallen, ik ben schildklierpatient en daardoor gaat afvallen wat moeilijker en daarom ben ik heel blij dat wat ik bij Desiree leerde met voeding wel werkte.
Nu ben ik drie jaar verder en de kilo's zijn er nog steeds af waar ik super trots op ben.

 I came to Desiree three years ago because I really wanted to lose weight, but I just didn't succeed, had tried everything.
Said I spoke to me at work once and because I regularly saw Desiree at the gym, she asked me if I would like to visit her practice once.
I did that and with results.
Desiree showed me that by eating healthy and eating regularly, you could lose weight, I am a thyroid patient and therefore lose weight a bit more difficult and that is why I am very happy that what I learned with Desiree did work with nutrition.
Now I am three years further and the kilos are still there which I am very proud of.
