Niet om het een of ander maar service gericht of wetende dat ze met klanten werken is ver gezocht. . Naar aanleiding van mijn gemelde klacht over een verkeerd ontvangen product en niet hetgeen was van wat er besteld was heeft men zonder enig vragen of overleg een ander product gestuurd in de hoop dat men dat wel accepteert. Hierbij heb ik gebeld en gevraagd of het mogelijk zou kunnen zijn dat ik een verkeerd item had ontvangen, het directe antwoord was, ja dat klopt deze hadden wij niet meer op voorraad. . Ooh dus u stuurt dan maar iets anders zonder overleg of ik dat wel wil ja of nee? Antwoord: maar u mag het ook terugsturen hoor…… Je zult begrijpen dat het gesprek een erg rare kant opging en helaas niet of nauwelijks enig begrip voor de situatie werd getoond, en voor mij een principe kwestie, sorry zo doe ik geen zaken meer. Jammer weer van zo’n amateur webshop met slechte klantenservice. NO STAR ACTUALLY! (otherwise the review will not be posted) Recently placed an order here and unfortunately also the last! Not for anything but service oriented or knowing that they work with customers is far fetched. † As a result of my reported complaint about an incorrectly received product and not what was ordered, they sent another product without any questions or consultation in the hope that they would accept it. I called and asked if it was possible that I had received a wrong item, the immediate answer was, yes that's right, we no longer had this in stock. † Ooh so you send something else without consultation whether I want it yes or no? Answer: but you can also return it..... You will understand that the conversation went in a very strange direction and unfortunately little or no understanding was shown for the situation, and for me a matter of principle, sorry I don't do business like that anymore. It's a shame about such an amateur webshop with bad customer service.

Now bought 2 x a nice Grippy Biothane line for research. Ordered the 2nd line yesterday and ready today, made to your liking. The price is also right here.

Ik ben dus meer dan een uur verloren om een pakje op te halen dat eigenlijk bij mij thuis geleverd moest zijn. Op de verzending op de doos stond de naam van die andere klant en op de factuur in de doos stond mijn naam. Een menselijke fout dus waarschijnlijk, echter niemand bereikbaar om uitleg te geven (e-mail of telefoon). Niet meteen een service om over te stoefen. I have always been satisfied with previous orders, but now my order has been delivered to another customer of theirs within half an hour from my home. So I lost more than an hour to pick up a package that should have been delivered to my home. The shipping on the box had the name of that other customer and the invoice in the box had my name. A human error is therefore likely, but no one can be reached to explain (e-mail or telephone). Not exactly a service to be fooled about.
