Maar om vervolgens de belofte af te doen met een argument dat nergens op gebaseerd is, is een schande. Bij het opzeggen van de arbeidsovereenkomst werd mij gezegd: geen probleem 1 augustus kun je beginnen bij je nieuwe werkgever. Uhm tja eigenlijk niet Stephan, sorry maar dat wordt pas 1 september want tja je hebt dus een opzegtermijn van een maand met ingang van de eerst volgende maand. Nou nee hoor meneer de recruiter, in de nbbu cao staat dat het opzeg termijn 28 kalenderdagen met directe ingang is. O Uhm tja Uhm je hebt gelijk Stephan. Goh dat meen je niet. Helaas werd 1 augustus 11 augustus. Dan even mijn reserveringen. Geen probleem die komen gewoon mee met je laatste betaling. Komt helemaal goed kerel!! Wauw top dank je dank je. Aaaaargh helemaal niet waar.... Stephan je krijgt dit pas na 6 niet gewerkte weken, dat is namelijk wettelijk zo geregeld. Ja maar meneer mevrouw er was iets anders aangegeven, tja de wet is de wet, helaas pindakaas. Maaaaar wat schets mijn verbazing! In het nbbu cao staat dat de reserveringen binnen 6 weken betaald dienen te worden. BINNEN dus niet NA 6 weken. Weer een belofte die wordt afgewimpeld met een onjuist argument!! Gelieve zorg te dragen dat vrijdag al mijn reserveringen op mijn rekening zijn bijgeschreven. Want ik kan namelijk altijd nog aanspraak maken op de tekortkoming op mijn salaris. Er is namelijk mondeling en schriftelijk meer toegezegd dan ik uiteindelijk heb gekregen, op wekelijkse basis. En ja wettelijk kan ik daar nog steeds aanspraak op maken. Bijvoorbaat dank. Kartais darbuotojai sėdi be darbo ištisomis savaitėmis už kurias (be abejo) niekas nemoka. Savo klaidas dažnai nuleidžia darbuotojams tiesiai ant galvos. Pvz. pasibaigus projektui jie niekada iš anksto neinformuoja, o tiesiog penktadienį prieš darbo pabaigą pareiškia, kad "laikinai" paima įrankius ir tu privalai apleisti patalpas kuriose dabar gyveni iki rytojaus 9 val. ryto. Čia tik vienas iš pavyzdžių, bet visko dėl suprantamų priežasčių neišvardinsiu. Pasibandykit patys. Suprasite ką reiškia pasijusti visišku "niekuo".
