 Fast and nice service, clear site. Tried different types due to allergy / intolerance and see with you what is best for our little friend. Free home delivery in the evening, very handy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb gebeld voor een proefpakket. Werd behoorlijk on klantvriendelijk behandeld. Wilde alleen maar een paar verschillende kivo producten uitproberen . Moest meteen 6 producten die hun wilde verkopen als proef. Neem wel contact op met kivo of dit een normale gang van zaken is met eventueel nieuwe klanten. Zeer slechte service en onbeschoft .
Called for a sample pack. Was treated quite unfriendly. Just wanted to try a few different kivo products . Immediately had to sell 6 products that they wanted to try. Please contact kivo if this is normal practice with any new customers. Very bad service and rude .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij bestellen vlees voor de hond bij Joepies en de service plus de kwaliteit van de producten is altijd goed. Onze hond heeft een gevoelige huid en met het vlees aanvullend op zijn voeding straalt zijn vacht weer en geen kale plekken. Hij is dol op het vlees en er is genoeg variatie te bestellen. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Daarnaast is de bezorgservice super van Gemma, met altijd een gezellig praatje. Toppertje!
We order meat for the dog from Joepies and the service plus the quality of the products is always good. Our dog has a sensitive skin and with the meat in addition to his food his coat shines again and no bald spots. He loves the meat and there is plenty of variety to order. Good price / quality ratio. In addition, the delivery service from Gemma is super, with always a nice chat. Topper!
