★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De Johanna Hoeve heeft buiten een bosgedeelte ook een grote weide. Op deze weide en omgeving landden tijdens de Slag om Arnhem in 1944 honderden zweefvliegtuigen met soldaten. Het is een aardig natuurgebied. Ruiters en honden zijn toegestaan, mits aangelijnd. Ik wens u veel wandel plezier.
The Johannahoeve has a forest area outside of a large meadow. During the Battle of Arnhem in 1944, hundreds of gliders with soldiers landed on this meadow and surroundings. It is a nice nature area. Horsemen and dogs are allowed if leashed. I wish you a lot of walking pleasure.
