★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our food was over a half hour late and we had to reach out to be told that our food hadn’t even left the restaurant yet and the delivery driver wasn’t there. Aside from that, the food was meh and the vega burger fell apart and was hard to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food arrived 40 minutes late, sweet potato fries were switched for wedges without notice because they didn't have any, no apology for the late delivery, and food was not in the best condition. Overall disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is great and the staff is lovely. However, it ridiculous that I always have to wait over 90 minutes for food every time I have it delivered. Especially since the excuse is always the same; the fact that the store is busy. Increase your staff or stop taking more orders than you cannot actually prepare/deliver within the time you promise.

They are mostly focussed on delivery, so no comfortable seating. There is a decently spacious parking lot in front of the building.

promised 30 to 50 minutes. We received no notification or update. Food is too pricey (especially the salad, which is a rip-off). Will not order again.

Food: A decent burger, comparable to a deluxe fast food option (BK or McD), but more expensive. Though the patty was thin and the toppings forgettable, it was executed well for what it was. That being said, it costing more than it was worth was the main feature.
Delivery: Terrible. Took 1hr and 15min on a Wednesday, despite advertising a 35min expected delivery time. Restaurant would not pick up their phone. Delivery boy had no mention of the delay. On arrival the burgers had evidently stood under a hot lamp for very long, as the receipt had become charred. They were like warm on arrival.
Conclusion: You could go worse, but not much. Try to avoid ordering here.

The portion of the serving was a shame compared to previous orders and it was burned.
It is a shame to be serving in these conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place as usual, we love the taste, especially with Johnny’s sauce. The staff and delivery people are so nice, today, the delivery man forgot to drop the drinks and came back all the way to drop it off again, although we didn’t complain or call them.
