★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had een afspraak om 15:30 voor een haltestang + evt gewichten, maar hadden ze niet meer. De medewerker wist dit en heeft niet laten weten dat het er niet meer was via de mail. Wel zei hij toen ik er was tegen me dat hij de mail gelezen had en al dacht van ooh die komt dan voor niks.
 Had an appointment at 3:30 pm for a barbell + possibly weights, but no longer had them. The employee knew this and did not let us know that it was no longer there by e-mail. He did say to me when I was there that he had read the email and thought of ooh it will come for nothing.

Had a very good experience with Jokasport.
Specially at my request they ordered boxing gloves that I had been looking for for a long time. I was kept well informed and could easily contact customer service with all my questions. Item delivered the day after order, and that before shipping from the Netherlands to Belgium.
