Or I looked with my nose, but no menswear here. Budel was much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ongezien slechte klantenservice in Budel, en dat voor een vaste klant die steeds voor stevige bedragen kinderkleding koopt. Twee dezelfde t-shirts in twee dezelfde maten gekocht in de webshop. Thuis bleek dat ze fout gelabeld waren en het ene een stuk kleiner was als het andere. In de winkel wilden ze niet ruilen omdat het een soldenartikel was ondanks dat zij in fout waren. Niet zo slim in de huidige tijd.
Unseen poor customer service in Budel, and that for a regular customer who always buys children's clothing for substantial amounts. Two same t-shirts in two same sizes bought in the webshop. At home it turned out that they were incorrectly labeled and one was a lot smaller than the other. In the store they did not want to exchange because it was a sales item even though they were in error. Not so smart in the present day.
