Bij het ophalen van het pakket werd enorm lastig gedaan over het legitimatiebewijs van mijzelf die ik moest tonen terwijl het pakket van mijn partner was. Niet aan te bevelen. Ik moet nog weer terug om een pakketpost te halen. Dit is echt de laatste keer dat ik daar naar binnen wil gaan. Ik zie nu meer dezelfde ervaringen, dus ik ben zeker niet de enige. Terribly unkind unfriendly lady. I can't believe she takes this kind of job when you treat the customers so unkindly. I still have to go back to pick up a parcel. This is really the last time I want to go in there. I see more of the same experiences now, so I'm definitely not the only one.

Meestal word ik direct geholpen, soms duurt het iets langer omdat ze nog even bezig is met iets anders. Maar ben niet iemand die zich daar druk om maakt en dan wacht ik eventjes. Ik ben tevreden en zal er zeker nog vaak mijn pakketjes ophalen en versturen? I come here regularly to pick up or send packages. Never really had any problems with the owner. Just friendly to me. Tip aan de winkel: regel dat de bezorgpartner de correcte tijden vermeldt in het ophaalbericht, dat scheelt wat wederzijdse frustratie. Bij 2e ophaalpoging (op 'juiste' tijdstip) werd ik overigens vriendelijk geholpen. Watch out. Picking up a package is only allowed between 4 pm and 7 pm. Outside these times, the customer is considered a difficult interlude. Tip to the store: arrange for the delivery partner to state the correct times in the pick-up message, which will save some mutual frustration. At the second pick-up attempt (at the 'right' time) I was kindly helped.

It is very sad when children are treated in this way by adults who should know better. They seem to forget that the children of today collecting a parcel, could well be their adult clients of the future, or, in this case, not at all.
