★ ★ ★ ★ ★ !!! ZEER ONTEVREDEN !!! Ik heb er een bijna gloednieuwe e-bike de trapas laten vastzetten. Rekening van €45 betaald. Nog geen 100m verder draaien de trappers geheel door (nieuw probleem, dit was nog niet). Kort daarna laten maken door een specialist. Wat blijkt: trapas en bepaalde ringen er verkeerd teruggeplaatst, ook daarbij beschadigingen aan de trappers. Telefonisch contact gezocht met JRK fietsen, maar moeilijk bereikbaar. Vandaag gesproken met de eigenaar. Luister niet en denkt niet mee in een passende oplossing.
 !!! VERY DISSATISFIED !!! I had an almost brand new e-bike lock the bottom bracket there. Bill of € 45 paid. Less than 100m further the pedals turn completely (new problem, this was not yet). Have it made by a specialist shortly afterwards. It turns out that the crankshaft and certain rings have been replaced incorrectly, also with damage to the pedals. Contacted JRK bicycles by phone, but difficult to reach. Talked to the owner today. Do not listen and do not think along in a suitable solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic and friendly service. I came in with my bike where a few screws had to be turned to fit a baby seat. I was helped quickly and friendly and I did not even have to pay for it. JRK Fietsen certainly have a new customer and I can highly recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't recommend unfortunately! Had my bike checked over and tires pumped up and straight after I leave the tire is completely flat which it wasn't before :(
Then when I went back to fix it they were really unpleasant and gave me back my bike with the brake not attached!
