★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enkele dagen voordat ik een halve marathon ging lopen ben ik bij JS Sportmassage geweest voor een mylogenics behandeling. Ik kwam bij JS Sportmassage terecht doordat ik een blessure had aan mijn voet en ik hoopte dat deze behandeling er voor zou kunnen zorgen dat ik de halve marathon met geen/minder pijn zou lopen.
Na de behandeling ervaarde ik weer iets meer pijn aan mijn blessure maar twee dagen later was dit verdwenen en heb ik de halve marathon gelopen zonder pijn!
De behandeling heb ik als prettig ervaren, hij geeft duidelijk aan wat hij gaat doen en vraagt regelmatig of de pijn te doen is. Zeer goede ervaring!
A few days before I started running a half marathon, I went to JS Sports Massage for a mylogenics treatment. I came to JS Sports Massage because I had an injury to my foot and I hoped that this treatment could ensure that I would run the half marathon with no/less pain.
After the treatment I experienced a little more pain from my injury but two days later this had disappeared and I ran the half marathon without pain!
I have experienced the treatment as pleasant, he clearly indicates what he is going to do and regularly asks whether the pain is manageable. Very good experience!
