Het was mijn eerste keer binnen (eerder een paar keer via internet besteld), en dat was een geweldige ervaring. Zeer veel kennis van zaken, zeer gastvrij, keurig georganiseerd en erg makkelijk bereikbaar. Deze winkel is een aanrader voor elke golfer. Voor mij mijn tweede hole in one. What a wonderful thing. If you like golf, if you play it yourself, you cannot ignore this. It was my first time in (previously ordered from the internet a few times), and that was a great experience. Very knowledgeable, very hospitable, neatly organized and very easily accessible. This shop is a must for any golfer. My second hole in one for me.

Mijn vader heeft tegelijkertijd een tas gekocht en heeft nergens last van. Vroeg of ze er iets aan konden doen maar het enige dat ik kon doen was daar zelf nog een headcover kopen ook... Bought a bag online at Jumbo Golf in September. After 5 months of wear on the shaft of my club due to the rough fabric of the bag. My father bought a bag at the same time and is not bothered by anything. Asked if they could do anything about it but all I could do was buy a headcover there myself ...

Ik kom vanuit Tilburg naar Veghel voor de bestelling, doch bij aankomst kreeg ik te horen dat de Wilson golfballen er niet waren en dat er geen telefoonnummer bekend was om mij terug te bellen. Nu heb ik andere golfballen gekocht die duurder zijn. Ik vroeg of het verschil van de prijs (paar euro) door Jumbo golf vergoed werd maar dit werd niet gedaan. Ik vind dit geen service van de Jumo golf. Due to a telephone contact regarding purchase of Wilson golf balls, I was able to pick up the golf balls the next day at 16:00. I come from Tilburg to Veghel for the order, but upon arrival I was told that the Wilson golf balls were not there and that there was no known telephone number to call me back. Now I have bought other golf balls that are more expensive. I asked if the difference of the price (few euros) was refunded by Jumbo golf but this was not done. I don't think this is a Jumo golf service.
R	Renate van der Zee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voelde me niet echt veilig... was echt veel te druk... ze wisten ook niet hoe het kwam... er liep 5 man personeel rond... maar ze waren allemaal druk met andere mensen. Terwijl we toch keurig een afspraak hadden. Uiteindelijk goed geslaagd. Maar dacht eigenlijk naderhand... hadden we wel moeten blijven. Niet fijn in deze bijzondere tijd... en ook niet klantvriendelijk. Didn't feel really safe ... was really too busy ... they didn't know how it happened either ... there were 5 people walking around ... but they were all busy with other people. While we still had an appointment. Ultimately successful. But actually thought afterwards ... we should have stayed. Not nice in this special time ... and not customer friendly either.

Clubs worden zonder enige informatie aangewezen. Vragen over de clubs wordt nauwelijks en met veel desinteresse beantwoord. Als vrouw zijnde moet je er al helemaal niet zijn, nauwelijks keuze. Als je al de mogelijkheid krijgt om de club even uit te proberen, word je van de mat af gekeken. Liever slaan de heren zelf even hun balletje. On Sunday afternoon to Jumbogolf looking for a new club.
