Voorstel om het 1e paar (de miskoop) dan maar tegen inkoopprijs te verkopen niet gehonoreerd. Twee keer winst maken was mij tegen het zere been. Geen enkel compromis mogelijk. Volgende keer maar weer naar Intersport waar ik nog nooit een slechte ervaring heb opgedaan
Instead of showing understanding after wrong advice, just like that, my daughter a second pair of shoes. Proposal to sell the 1st pair (the bad buy) but at purchase price not accepted. Making a profit twice was against me. No compromise possible. Next time to Intersport again where I have never had a bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was er vandaag voor hockey schoenen dochter. Winkel leek uitgestorven om 14u. Kwam vanwege ruime aanbod en goed advies. Eerste 10min maar zelf rond gekeken en dan zie je zeer beperkte keus. Alleen hele wand met dezelfde schoenen. Ziet er wel leuk uit. Een van de twee jonge pubers komt ons, en nog twee klanten helpen. Geen advies of kunde, alleen schoenen halen en vragen of ze goed zijn. Zeer teleurstellend. Uiteindelijke keuze uit Asics kinderschoenen van E45 en Adidas damesschoenen van E140?!?. Schiet mij maar lek. Wat een ballen tent. Leve Kampong...
Was there today for daughter's hockey shoes. Shop seemed extinct at 2 pm. Came because of wide range and good advice. First 10 minutes but looked around yourself and then you see very limited choice. Only whole wall with the same shoes. It looks nice. One of the two young teenagers comes to help us, and another two customers. No advice or expertise, just get shoes and ask if they are good. Very disappointing. Final choice from Asics children's shoes from E45 and Adidas women's shoes from E140?!?. Shoot me. What a ball tent. Long live Kampong ...
