k	ken gallacher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We only go to jumbo if we are desperate,the fruit and veg are most of the time rotten and the girls behind the kassa would rather talk about boyfriends than say hello to the customer,more than once I've got home to find the product I've bought is out of date,and don't even try to get what's on your shopping list on a Saturday after 4pm because the shelves will most likely be empty.they also like to throw your shopping down the conveyor belt take your money and then throw the next customers shopping along before you get your plastic bag open,shopping at jumbo diemen north is not a pleasant experience.maybe the manager should start a training scheme in customer care.

L	Lynne Gallacher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fresh food is often poor or sometimes even rotten, but the biggest issue is customer service (and probably therefore training) Two or three of the staff are very polite, but the majority of the young girls on the kassa are not welcoming or polite at all, and seem to prefer spending their time gossiping with their colleagues rather than attending to their customers. Shopping there is not a pleasant experience in any way, and the management seem indifferent to the issues they so obviously have.
