★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goed gesorteerd, maar de 5de ster krijg je voor klantvriendelijkheid. In een minuscuul momentopname bleek dit niet naar voren te komen. En om duidelijk te zijn, het hing slechts af van begroeten en of een fijne dag verder wensen. Not the end of the world maar mijn eerste bezoek wordt gedefinieerd met een slechte ervaring met onaangenaam personeel, wat natuurlijk slechts het resultaat kan zijn van een drukke dag en verdere moeilijkheden die horen bij het runnen van een supermarkt. Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat dit echt gewoon een slecht moment was, maar dit zou alsnog niet de ervaring van de klant moeten ondermijnen.
 Well sorted, but you get the 5th star for customer friendliness. In a miniscule snapshot, this turned out not to be apparent. And to be clear, it just depended on greeting and wishing a good day. Not the end of the world but my first visit is defined as having a bad experience with unpleasant staff, which of course can only be the result of a busy day and further difficulties associated with running a supermarket. I am convinced that this was really just a bad time, but this should not undermine the customer experience yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze houden gwn in de gaten wat je doet en als je een beetje muziek op hebt zeggen ze we bellen de politie bovenop in kantoor/kantine. Slecht personeel hier.
They keep an eye on what you are doing and if you have a little music on they say we call the police upstairs in the office/canteen. Bad staff here.
