Hippe muziek zodat de kinderen even hun energie kwijt kunnen. Ze hebben een kleine kaart waar je een hapje en drankje kan bestellen. Je auto of fiets kan je gratis parkeren op de aangrenzende parkeerterrein. Via Social Deal worden regelmatig aanbiedingen aangeboden. Scheelt toch weer in de portemonnee ?. Na een uur terug gekomen, want ja, kids beloofd dat ze mochten springen, het is vakantie. Bij de balie gemeld dat we hier tegen aan liepen, maar hier konden ze helaas niets aan doen. Vanwege de vakantie was het erg druk bij ballorig wat ernaast zit, we moesten lang wachten tot ons bestelde drinken gebracht werd, terwijl we de enigen waren in jumpcity. De warme chocomel was slap, de automaat bleek niet gevuld te zijn, de sleutel was ook nog zoek dus helaas geen chocomel voor ons. Dus maar thee genomen. We hebben gevraagd voor compensatie, omdat de thee goedkoper was en de chocomel al betaald. We zouden nog een kopje thee krijgen. Maar deze niet gekregen, omdat er wederom geen personeel in jumpcity te bekennen was. Uiteindelijk zelf maar een kan limonade bij ballorig gehaald en uitgelegd dat we deze dan ipv de 2 thee graag wilden hebben. Geen idee waarom het zo moest lopen, maar ons zien jullie niet meer. En hoe fijn zou het zijn voor andere mensen als jullie de tijden op de website netjes veranderen. Als je een dag van tevoren reserveert, lijkt het me dat jullie dat kunnen zien in het systeem en meteen even deze fout recht hadden kunnen zetten. Booked on the website for 9am to 10:30am. Because of the holiday it was very busy at Ballorig which is next door, we had to wait a long time for our ordered drinks to be brought, while we were the only ones in jumpcity. The hot chocolate was weak, the machine turned out not to be filled, the key was also missing so unfortunately no chocolate for us. So take tea. We asked for compensation, because the tea was cheaper and the chocolate milk had already been paid for. We would get another cup of tea. But I didn't get this one, because again there were no personnel in jumpcity. In the end we only bought a can of lemonade at Ballorig and explained that we would like to have this instead of the 2 teas. No idea why it had to go this way, but you won't see us anymore. And how nice would it be for other people if you neatly change the times on the website. If you reserve a day in advance, it seems to me that you can see that in the system and immediately rectify this mistake.
