P	P B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik herken mij totaal niet in de negatieve reviews. Bij binnenkomst werd ik vriendelijk begroet en de verkoopster was zeer behulpzaam. Ruim assortiment. Een prettige winkel! I don't recognize myself in the negative reviews at all. Upon entering I was greeted warmly and the saleswoman was very helpful. Wide range. A pleasant shop!

Na een half uurtje zat er al gat in, maar ja de hond was erg enthousiast (alleen maar leuk) Het speeltje was blijkbaar niet voor grote honden geschikt. Ik zag ook dat het oranje verf op de poot los gekomen was. Echt niet fijn! Vandaag terug naar de winkel maar kunnen niets voor mij betekenen omdat er een gat in zat. Mijn klacht ging niet over het gat die naar 30min was maar over het slechte kwaliteit van los gekomen verf. Ik ben door de medewerker ook nog onbeschoft behandeld en kan verder niemand anders spreken. Het gezondheid van mijn hond en het inslikken van verf interesseert haar ook niet. Bought a toy for the dog yesterday afternoon for more than €20 (dinosaur leg). After half an hour there was already a hole in it, but the dog was very enthusiastic (just fun) The toy was apparently not suitable for large dogs. I also noticed that the orange paint on the leg had come off. Really not nice! Back to the shop today but can't do anything for me as there was a hole in it. My complaint was not about the hole that was 30min but about the poor quality of peeling paint. I was also treated rudely by the employee and cannot speak to anyone else. My dog's health and swallowing paint doesn't interest her either.

Ik had laatst advies nodig (voor zowel de hond als de katten) en kreeg deskundige hulp met een goede uitleg erbij. Nice and clear store with friendly employees. I recently needed advice (for both the dog and the cats) and received expert help with a good explanation.

Mijn kleine nichtje begint al te wijzen naar de winkel als we langs rijden en kan dan niet wachten om met een klein winkelwagentje de winkel onveilig te maken! Altijd erg leuk winkelen bij jullie. Advies geven doen ze altijd graag. Het asortiment is enorm en ook leuk ingericht.
