 Great and organized for the kids. A bit cool when you're watching/waiting. But necessary for the jumping kids. So put on a sweater ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goed alleen de slimpie ranja was heeeeeeel erg aangelegd en viel niet in de smaak. Jammer als je 4 euro voor een kan betaalt.
Well only the slimpie orange was very laid out and was not in the taste. Too bad if you pay 4 euros for a pitcher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij drukte (in de voorjaars vakantie) een arrangement gekocht met 3 kinderen. Eerste half uur moeten wachten op een vrij tafeltje maar goed dat is nog niet het ergste Helaas tot 3x toe nee verkocht gekregen bij de horeca. Sorry ivm drukte is de keuken gesloten kom over 15min of 30min maar terug. Ze laten wel volle bak kinderen springen maar eten kunnen ze daarna gewoon niet. Als je er dan iets van zegt krijg je alleen maar sorry te horen. Echt belachelijk.
When busy (during spring break) bought a package with 3 children. Had to wait for a free table for the first half hour, but that's not the worst. Unfortunately, I was sold no at the catering industry until 3 times. Sorry due to crowds, the kitchen is closed come back in 15 min or 30 min. They do let a full house of children jump, but they simply cannot eat afterwards. If you say something about it then you will only be told sorry. Really ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al meerdere keren geweest Kinderen vinden het geweldig. Personeel altijd bereid om de kinderen iets uit te leggen als de drukte het toe laat. En tips te geven hoe ze iets kunnen oefenen.
Gezellige club mensen die samen iets leuks hebben opgezet. Mijn complimenten.
Ook al mee gemaakt dat mijn zoon verkeerd terecht kwam bij het springen.
(Dat gebeurd wel vaker bij mijn waaghals in spe) Ook dan staan ze klaar om te helpen indien nodig, en komen ze ook achteraf of de volgende keer nog even informeren hoe het gaat.
Been several times Kids love it. Staff always willing to explain to the kids if the crowds allow it. And give tips on how to practice something.
Nice club of people who have set up something fun together. My compliments.
Also experienced that my son landed wrong when jumping.
(That often happens with my daredevil-to-be) Even then they are ready to help if necessary, and they also come afterwards or next time to inform you how things are going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De eerste keer dat we kwamen was onze ervaring met de horeca en personeel niet zo goed. Het was onprofessioneel en het personeel lette niet goed op de klanten omdat ze te veel met elkaar bezig waren. Na een klacht ingediend te hebben, hebben ze beloofd het eea aan te pakken en bespreken met het personeel.
De 2de keer was dan ook een andere ervaring. Veel klantvrielijker, professioneler en lette nu goed op bij bestellingen. Dus complimenten hiervoor! Het trampolinepark is zeker leuk voor de kids, kleinschalig maar genoeg te doen. Enige tip: plastic vorkjes voor friet of frikandel speciaal.
The first time we came our experience with the hospitality industry and staff was not so good. It was unprofessional and the staff didn't pay close attention to the customers as they were too busy with each other. After submitting a complaint, they promised to address the matter and discuss it with the staff.
The second time was a different experience. Much more customer-friendly, more professional and now pays close attention to orders. So congratulations for this! The trampoline park is certainly fun for the kids, small-scale but plenty to do. Only tip: plastic forks for fries or frikandel special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nieuw springpark in de Reeshof. Personeel is nog aan het inwerken, maar als je daar een beetje doorheen kijkt is het allemaal prima geregeld. De ruimte is mooi open en je kunt ook als begeleider alles goed overzien. De springers zelf waren na hun friet en fristi dan ook meer dan tevreden ??
