Wat een slechte webshop! 6-12 besteld het is inmiddels 28-12 en nog steeds niks in huis! Heb nog nooit zulke lange levertijden meegemaakt bij andere webshops, ik bestel hier NOOIT meer!
What a bad webshop! Ordered 6-12 it is now 28-12 and still nothing in the house! I have never experienced such long delivery times at other webshops, I will NEVER order here again!

Eerlijk is eerlijk, snelst geleverde pakket ooit. s'Avonds om 20:30 besteld en was volgende dag eind van de ochtend al binnen. Goed verpakt. Zeker 5 sterren. Bedankt!
Fair is fair, fastest delivered package ever. Ordered at 8:30 PM in the evening and it arrived the next day at the end of the morning. Well packed. Definitely 5 stars. Thank you!

Het is niet duur maar er staat: Voor 22:00 besteld, morgen in huis. Producten die gewoon op voorraad zijn kunnen gerust een week later bezorgd worden. Goedkoop maar slechte service
It is not expensive, but it says: Ordered before 22:00, delivered tomorrow. Products that are simply in stock can be delivered a week later. Cheap but bad service

19/12 een bestelling geplaatst, nog steeds niets ontvangen. De bestelde artikels vermelden allemaal "levering binnen maximaal 5 werkdagen", ondertussen zijn we 3 weken verder. Wanneer ik hiervoor mail, word ik elke keer afgescheept met het excuus "we verwachten uw artikelen binnen een aantal dagen".
Placed an order 19/12, still nothing received. The ordered items all state "delivery within a maximum of 5 working days", meanwhile we are 3 weeks further. Every time I email for this, I'm fobbed off with the excuse "we expect your items within a few days".

I ordered the products yesterday before 11.30 and they should come yesterday evening, but I have no information so far. And suddenly today what I ordered and yesterday was normally available on the store's website, it says today that it will be in three days. And no answer .. I think this is cheating the customer, and I needed these products yesterday. When the package comes today, it can increase the rating.

I ordered 2 things, things that were important for me to have in time because my animal needed it in time. The order couldn't come in 1 week, so i cancelled it with email-ing them. People with this experience, like what i had gave 1 star throwing trash at the shop. But so many websites make this same mistake, when you order, they order the things you ordered because they don't have it right next to them. Other shops say 2-3 weeks delivery, in place of tomorrow as Junai does. But it's just a small mistake. Might be annoying but as i already said it, many shops do the same. The only problem with Junai, is that the website says next day delivery, in place of 2-3 weeks delivery. Service, they are nice, they answer fast, they refund you quick. So there is no need to give 1 star and to be mad.

Awful service! We ordered some products on their website because they promised us to be able to deliver. They email us confirming that the products will be shipped on a Friday. One week after, still nothing received. We called again. That time we were promised the products to be shipped on the following Monday. 4 days after still nothing, we called again and that time they say that the products have still not be shipped. How can you work with such muppets? Their website is full of products that they don't have in stock in reality. They only order the products when they receive the orders. And they lie systematically to their clients. Of course, they don't forget to get the payments in advance...

I have literally had the worst experience. I ordered products and never got an email or anything about them being out of stock. A month later I sent an email. Received a reply something was out of stock but the rest would be shipped. Nothing ever came. A month later I requested my order be canceled and a refund be submitted. Got an email saying order was canceled. Waited a month. Never received a refund. Contacted them again. They were requesting the refund again. Should be 2 working days. 3 weeks later still no refund. At this point I guess I'm just out the money. I have a sulcata so I was trying to find a reputable place to make frequent orders. Definitely won't be from here
