Met de nieuwe Z10 als meesterwerk van Zwitserse ingenieurskunst wordt het spectrum van koffiespecialiteiten dubbel zo groot. Hij bereidt met één druk op de knop het gehele palet van warme producten van een intense espresso tot de hippe flat white. Daarnaast geeft hij met Cold-Brew-specialiteiten voor het eerst toegang tot een compleet parallel universum van koffiegenot. Dit wordt mogelijk gemaakt door de Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G.), die de gekozen specialiteit herkent en bliksemsnel de maalfijnheid exact daaraan aanpast.

β β β β β Recentelijk mijn Jura melkschuimer langs gebracht ivm met een technisch mankement, overeenkomstig met een eerder geleverd exemplaar welke destijds onder garantie kostenloos is vervangen. Het is opmerkelijk dat nu het 2e exemplaar in nagenoeg dezelfde periode wederom defect raakt en precies dezelfde storing heeft. Gezien de omstandigheden is het naar mijn idee onjuist om op basis van de vervallen garantie een coulance voorstel te doen van 50% korting op een nieuwe melkschuimer.Β Het lijkt een billijk voorstel, echter hoef ik als consument niet te verwachten dat dit apparaat na normaal gebruik en onderhoud defect raakt en niet meer gerepareerd kan worden. Het feit dat dit nu 2 maal is gebeurd sterkt mijn opvatting. Ik heb mijn opvatting reeds kenbaar gemaakt bij het inleveren van het toestel.Β Helaas is men niet tegemoet gekomen aan mijn reΓ«le en rechtmatige consumenten verwachting. De gebodenΒ oplossing staat naar mijn gevoel flink in contrast met de uitermateΒ vriendelijke benadering en de professionele uitstraling van Jura.Β De slogan "compromisloze kwaliteit " De Jura woordenΒ perfectie en precisie waren mijn uitgangspunt bij aanschaf van het product maar is naar mijn gevoel zeker niet waargemaakt, heel jammer.

 Recently brought my Jura milk frother due to a technical defect, in accordance with a previously delivered copy which was replaced free of charge under warranty. It is remarkable that now the 2nd copy in almost the same period again becomes defective and has exactly the same malfunction. Given the circumstances, in my opinion it is incorrect to make a goodwill offer of a 50% discount on a new milk frother on the basis of the expired warranty. It seems a fair proposition, however, as a consumer I do not have to expect that this device will become defective after normal use and maintenance and can no longer be repaired. The fact that this has happened twice now strengthens my view. I have already expressed my opinion when returning the device. Unfortunately, my real and legitimate consumer expectations have not been met. In my opinion, the solution offered contrasts sharply with Jura's extremely friendly approach and professional appearance. The slogan "uncompromising quality" The Jura words perfection and precision were my starting point when purchasing the product, but in my opinion it has certainly not been lived up to, which is a pity.

β β β β β Slechten service 4 dagen geleden mijn Jura koffiezet apparaat gebracht netjes en leen Jura koffiezet apparaat mee genomen. conclusie na 2 dagen is helaas niet meer te repareer geen onderdelen. prima kan ik me in vinden, wil ik graag een nieuwe kopen sorry meneer levertijd 10 weken en willen het leen apparaat gelijk terug geen enkele vorm van meedenken tot een oplossing. (tip Kookshop de Pepermolen in Nieuwegein verkoopt wel graag nieuwe koffiezet apparaten die kan je gelijk mee nemen)
Bad service 4 days ago brought my Jura coffee machine neatly and borrowed Jura coffee machine. conclusion after 2 days, unfortunately no longer repairable, no parts. I can agree with it, I would like to buy a new one sorry sir delivery time 10 weeks and want the loan device right back no form of thinking along to a solution. (tip Kookshop de Pepermolen in Nieuwegein likes to sell new coffee machines that you can take with you right away)

β β β β β Koop GEEN Jura koffiemachine !!! Mijn Jura Ena 8 van meer dan 1000 euro is na 2,5 jaar al kapot - de zetgroep doet het niet meer. Onderhoudsbeurt van 250 euro in het verschiet (net 4 maanden buiten garantie). Klantenservice zegt dat dit normaal is. Dus dit apparaat gaat je binnen 5 jaar nog eens 500 euro extra kosten - let daarop!
Jura claimt een zelfreinigend systeem te hebben, maar dit werkt niet. De originele Jura reinigingstablet lost niet op en daardoor ontstaat er een koffieopstopping in het zetkanaal. Vervolgens gaat de koffie schimmelen en dit proef je in je koffie. Uiteindelijk leidt dit dus ook tot een dure onderhoudsbeurt.
DO NOT buy a Jura coffee machine!!! My Jura Ena 8 worth more than 1000 euros is already broken after 2.5 years - the brew group no longer works. Service of 250 euros in the offing (just 4 months out of warranty). Customer service says this is normal. So this device will cost you another 500 euros in 5 years - keep that in mind!
Jura claims to have a self-cleaning system, but this doesn't work. The original Jura cleaning tablet does not dissolve and this creates a coffee blockage in the brewing channel. The coffee then starts to mold and you can taste this in your coffee. Ultimately, this also leads to expensive maintenance.

Terrible product and company, coffee machines completely unreliable (check all proper write ups) and 2x major internal damage within 3 years NOT free of charge repaired (first time 160 euros charged for premium service including 1 year warranty on all equipment, because it was just 2 months outside warranty complete overhaul internal water supply, private usage by 2 elderly people 6 cups/day not about 200/year, beans etc always at Jura dealerships)
2nd time another internal breakdown (surprise..due water damage grindingmill broken, Jura blames US for doing so, like we make coffee in the rain!)
Fixed free of charge, pretending they do us a favour but I had to buy 160 euros worth of premium service 9 months earlier, remember?
As "extra", a 1 year premium service warranty after 2nd breakdown in 3 years for a product of 900 euros and a life expectancy of 8 years...they would not dare the challenge of giving me 2 years hassle free coffee and warranty after they fixed it again.
Just another major company only focused on money, not service.
The ONLY positive aspect was the lady on the phone, whose hands are tight behind her back by her supervisors not giving her anything to give service to customers with, so another pissed off owner is the result.
A true company should stand behind its product, and take it back when it is faulty.
I can not recommend any dealings with this company. Just search all the reviews and you will find the way this company deals with their very unreliable product!

β β β β β I have owned multiple Jura coffee machines (Jura WE8 and Jura GIGA X8c) and the machines produce great coffees, cappuccino's, etc., but wat really stands out for me is the excellent service Jura Netherlands provides when there are issues. They are fast to respond and reasonale with their solutions. I can highly recommend Jura to anyone!

β β β β β We went there to service our JURA ENA machine. The staff were friendly, customer service oriented, very helpful, we even got a cappuccino each while waiting for them to register us. The price we paid was β¬229, this would depend on the number of coffee cups that your machine made. We got our machine back in less than a week. They informed us via text message. It was as good as new, cleaned, shiny and they replaced spare parts too. It was all worth it for an awesome cup of coffee every morning!!! Thank you JURA Nederland!

β β β β β I was invited a training course in Jura academy, 3 hours to get to know their products, services and other activities. It was such an amazing experience that with the coffee machine they have, you definitely can be your own barista, I am impressed by how the machine works and extracts the good quality coffee, touch screen to set up your own recipes and J.O.E app to control from your smartphone aswell ??? extremely interesting for amateur coffee lovers
