Op het moment dat u samen met een of meer anderen een bedrijf voert of gaat voeren, is het erg handig om de afspraken die daarvoor gelden goed vast te leggen. Het is dan ook voor derden duidelijk hoe er met elkaar dient te worden omgegaan.
Een samenwerkingsovereenkomst of een VOF (Vennootschap Onder Firma) contract kan dan uitkomst bieden en helderheid verschaffen. Als u niets regelt kunnen makkelijk problemen ontstaan in geval van ruzie, arbeidsongeschiktheid, faillissement, echtscheiding of overlijden. Het is bijvoorbeeld heel erg vervelend om, als er sprake is van een bedrijf dat door vader en zoon wordt gedreven, in geval van overlijden van de vader opeens alle erfgenamen aan tafel zitten. Dat is eenvoudig op te lossen met een voortzettingsbeding, waarin u regelt hoe en tegen welke voorwaarden het bedrijf mag worden overgenomen door, in dit geval de zoon.
Moet de waarde gelijk worden uitbetaald, of mag dat in termijnen? Voor de voortzetter vaak een essentieel gegeven (als alles direct moet worden betaald is er vaak geen onderneming meer over). Als die zoon dan vervolgens het bedrijf heeft overgenomen mag hij dat dan op heel korte termijn het bedrijf met een grote winst doorverkopen? Dat zal waarschijnlijk niet de bedoeling zijn. Het is heel eenvoudig dat met een passend beding op te lossen.
Naast deze bedingen staan de onderneming en de wereld ook niet stil, het is zaak om regelmatig naar eerder gesloten overeenkomsten te kijken en deze aan te passen op de nieuwste ontwikkelingen. Voldoen de overeenkomsten nog, zijn de overeenkomsten nog steeds passend voor de huidige situatie?

β β β β β There should be no star selection possible. This is the worst Notary I have ever encountered. After 7 calls and been passed through don't know how many times, and still have no answer for what I have asked! While there's no confirmation nor call from them, we finally decided to change the Notary. Then, they called right way and threatened there will be cost from them if we change notary! I really wonder where's their deliveries? By having an asking email in their inbox, so they can start charging!? The most unprofessional notary ever!

β β β β β I am French, and I have to admit that I am used to a different system for buying and selling houses (the French one - but nevermind). When I purchased my house (in the Netherlands) it went very well (with another Notary); no problem, all smooth. But the sell of the house with Just Notaris did not go well (from my end at least). Sending emails back and forth (that they keep sending in Dutch only, not very efficient considering that I asked for a interpreter) for basic information did not worked; phone calls did not helped much either. After two months of "preparation" they finally contacted me because they were missing some information (and not much is requested from the seller...). They got the information immediately but forgot that I requested for a translator, wrongly copied my current address and even worse, wrongly copied my bank account (which I had to correct during the act). Not to mention that the draft copy of the act was provided only the day before the official signature... But nevermind, I thought all this was behind me... when I realized that the money had not been transfered after a couple of days (also taking into account the normal time for the cadaster). Hopefully it will all be fine!

Letters went missing, invoice was incorrect and the the final version of the notary document still had 'CONCEPT' written as a watermark.
Still waiting for the formal final version, two months later.

β β β β β Very very unprofessional. Biggest mistake I made by choosing them.
It costed me more than 4000,00 Euro in taxes and mis-calculations due to them. They are cheaper, but if end result is much more expensive for you then why choose them? Ask yourself and decide whether to go with Just Notaris.

β β β β β It's cheap and the accountant was friendly, but we didn't have a good experience. We had to deal with quite some mistakes that were made and due to some planning difficulty, we find an accountant 4 days before the purchase date of our home to get our wills & living contracts made (samenlevingscontracten), because JUST let us know only then that they couldn't schedule us in on time. Overall it just wasn't a good experience.
