I also asked him questions and he answered in an understandable manner. He showed me what types of necklaces there are without forcing anything on me which i really appreciate.

He took the time to understand the idea, make sketches and a 3D design, thought about and discussed the choice of materials, and then pushed it to the limit to get it exactly right. When he felt an earlier version was not good enough he started over, even though I'm sure I would have been content with the earlier version. Very happy and grateful to have found this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hayko Jewels is absolutely amazing! I needed my wedding ring resized, which might be a simple task but felt overwhelming in a new country in the middle of the pandemic. I went in first just to ask about it, and was treated great and given honest, straightforward answers. I went back the next day and the owner himself and I spoke. He told me he could easily resize it over the weekend and I left the ring with him. A few hours later, I received a call--he had already done the work and cleaned the ring as well. The ring fits perfectly and looks beautiful, the job was finished quicker than imaginable, and everyone who works there is friendly and helpful--I felt so comfortable and taken care of. An amazing place, wholeheartedly recommended!
