★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daniël is een zeer bekwame juwelier, horloge kenner en liefhebber. Hij kan zich goed inleven in de gedachten van de klant en zal tot het uiterste gaan om deze te voorzien van een goede prijs en service. Ik heb zelf een vervelende garantie kwestie met een leverancier gehad maar ben hier netjes en professioneel in gesteund en geholpen. Dit soort klasse is in deze tijd niet vanzelfsprekend en daarom verdient juwelier Kremer 5 sterren.
 Daniel is a very skilled jeweler, watch connoisseur and enthusiast. He can empathize with the customer's thoughts and will go to great lengths to provide them with good price and service. I myself have had an annoying warranty issue with a supplier, but I have been neatly and professionally supported and helped. This type of class is not self-evident at this time and therefore jeweler Kremer deserves 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor de 2de keer onplezierig geholpen. De eerste keer gedacht niet iedereen kan z'n dag hebben maar nu voor de 2de keer niet plezierig geholpen door, dit keer, de eigenaar zelf. Ga met elkaar op cursus en zorg dat je je lokale klanten houdt. De volgende keer wordt het een online bestelling bij de fabrikant, meerwaarde geeft deze winkel niet meer. Wellicht een luxe positie met hoge marges als je zo kunt doen. Volgens mij was ik de makkelijkste klant, aanwijzen en inpakken...
