Gelukkig deze nog gevonden. Terug gegaan om te vragen of ze dit konden fixen. Dat kon zeker. Na het repareren moest ik wel ff een bedrag aftikken. Thuis bleek dat de hele parel onder de lijm zat. Weer terug. De parel is schoongemaakt. Ook nu wilden ze dat ik weer een bedrag zou aftikken. Conclusie: service, garantie etc kennen ze niet. Ik kom hier nooit weer. I bought a gold necklace with a pendant with pearl and 2 gold earrings with pearls. The pearl of the pendant fell off after 1-2 months. Fortunately, these are still found. Went back to ask if they could fix this. That certainly could. After the repair I had to tick off an amount. At home it turned out that the whole pearl was covered with glue. Back again. The pearl has been cleaned. Even now they wanted me to tap an amount again. Conclusion: they do not have service, warranty, etc. I will never come here again.
