C	Corry Van Den Dam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super service. Parasol gekocht deze was de volgende dag stuk. Terug naar de winkel in Den Burg en zo keurig geholpen. Ondanks de hitte en geen parasols op voorraad geregeld dat er de volgende dag een nieuwe parasol werd geleverd vanuit filiaal Den Helder. Echt top. Nogmaals dank voor jullie service. Super service. Parasol bought it was broken the next day. Back to the shop in Den Burg and helped so nicely. Despite the heat and no parasols in stock, we arranged for a new parasol to be delivered the next day from the Den Helder branch. Really great. Thank you again for your service.

Er werd gezegd vanaf 9 Juli weer leverbaar.19 Juli zelf maar gebeld......niet leverbaar.Blijkbaar teveel moeite om mij even te bellen.Ontevreden klant. Waited 1.5 month for garden chairs. It was said to be available again from 9 July. Called 19 July myself ...... not available. Apparently too much trouble to call me. Disgruntled customer.

Jysk ontwerpt beugels waarop banken in de hoogte geplaats worden om ruimte te besparen in de winkel, als je dan vervolgens de bank wil proberen omdat je daarvoor naar de winkel komt. De leidinggevende er bij geroepen word om de bank er af te tillen, die dan al tierend de bank naar beneden haalt waar ik naast sta, en via haar collega tegen mij praat. Echt onbeschoft, ik weet niet of ze weet wat klantenservice inhoud maar volgens mij niet. Really really bad service! Jysk designs brackets on which benches are placed in height to save space in the store, if you then want to try the bench because you come to the store for that. The manager is called in to lift the sofa off, who then, raging, takes down the sofa next to me, and talks to me through her colleague. Really rude, I don't know if she knows what customer service means but I don't think so.
