★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a couch and a table with 2 chairs from them. The couch was not available in the store, so I had to wait 1 week for it to arrive. The delivery company they work with makes deliveries only every Monday, so if you miss that window, you basically have to wait another week and so on.
I gave the JYSK employee all the information necessary for delivery (complete address, mobile number - I mentioned it is not Dutch, so gave it with the country prefix, email, the fact that I live on a higher floor than ground floor). I don't know by whose fault, the street number ended up missing 1 digit, so when the delivery company arrived, they could not find me and they contacted back JYSK to ask for directions. JYSK was not able to contact me by phone to ask for clarifications (!!) and the day passed without me getting the furniture. So I had to wait another week.
Finally, the 2nd week since I bought the furniture, the delivery company reached my address, but JYSK did not mention anywhere on the delivery paper that I live on the 2nd floor, although I gave this information very clearly and asked about the prices per floor etc. I ended up helping the delivery guy carry one 54,2kg and 48,4kg package up the stairs.
