Personal, professional and pleasant guidance. Possibility of nutritional advice. The whole corona had the option to train in the tent by appointment.

After 20 years of sports at different gyms, K&C can still give me new insights and exercises, solicited and unsolicited. As a result, they take my training to a higher level, which is hugely motivating.
