U geeft aan dat het beeld spontaan is stuk gegaan en dat het een productie fout betreft. Polyester is echter een kunststof materiaal wat niet poreus kan worden en spontane breuk is dan ook niet mogelijk. Polyester is zelfs tegen weersinvloeden bestendig (bekende toepassingen naast tuinbeelden zijn bijv. zeiljachten en roeiboten). Vandaar dat wij uitsluitend met dit materiaal werken gezien een groot deel van ons assortiment ook voor buiten plaatsing is bestemd. Het betreft hier dan ook geen productie fout. Dit neemt niet weg dat polyester stoot of val gevoelig is. Zeker gezien de beelden hol zijn. Dit communiceren wij ook via de website. Zoals aangegeven heeft u het object al geruime tijd in uw bezit en is aantoonbaar dat u deze in goede orde heeft ontvangen. Om bovenstaande redenen konden wij uw klacht helaas niet in behandeling nemen. Daarbij heeft u het product onbeheerd buiten geplaats aangaande uw foto's op facebook. Het is dan ook aannemelijk dat het artikel is omgevallen (door derden), omgestoten of omgewaaid. Het vervolgens proberen te verhalen op een productiefout is dan helaas niet aan de orde.
