★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg goede kaas, we komen overal voor boeren belegen maar de reuzenkaas is echt heel goed, als kaas van de boerderij niet van boeren te onderscheiden en pittig maar toch romig. Alleen voor deze kaas al wil je 20 km omrijden.
Veel keuze en veel productkennis en wordt met enthousiasme gebracht. Richard is een echte een kaasmeester, niet alleen in titel maar ook in kennis, vakmanschap en kwaliteit. Zo fijn om in tijden van massaproductie en fabrieksrommel, een eiland van ongerepte heerlijkheden te treffen, geproduceerd door een ondernemer met liefde en respect voor zijn product.
Richard heeft eigen koeien waarmee hij ook een eigen range kazen levert die ook echt goed zijn, vol karakter.
We komen hier graag!
Very good cheese, we come for mature farmers everywhere, but the giant cheese is really very good, as cheese from the farm cannot be distinguished from farmers and spicy yet creamy. You want to make a detour 20 km for this cheese alone.
A lot of choice and a lot of product knowledge and is brought with enthusiasm. Richard is a real cheese master, not only in title but also in knowledge, craftsmanship and quality. So nice to encounter an island of unspoiled delights in times of mass production and factory muck, produced by an entrepreneur with love and respect for his product.
Richard has his own cows with which he also supplies his own range of cheeses that are really good, full of character.
We love to come here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had meester Richard ong. 4-weken geleden tel. benaderd omtrent "groene zwitzerse alpenkruiden kaas in vaste kegelvorm. En Ricard zou daar achteraan gaan en mij op de hoogte te stellen. Toen ik na 2-weken tel. navraag ging doen kreeg ik een jeugdig klinkende mederwerkster te spreken die totaal nog nooit had gehoord van deze kaassoort ???????????????
I had approached master Richard about 4 weeks ago tel. about "green Swiss alpine herb cheese in solid cone shape. And Ricard would go after that and inform me. When I went to inquire after 2 weeks tel. I got to speak to a youthful-sounding employee who had never heard of this type of cheese ????????????????
