★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experiences with Kaisa Yoga! She offered live yoga practises online during the pandemic. It was a perfect way to have a little break from the daily grind then. In my experience, the classes are varied. For example, we practise breathing exercises, work on strength and balance, and have some moments to relax, with everything at your own pace. Kaisa is a very skilled yoga teacher who teaches in a warm, trusting and supportive environment. I’d highly recommend trying out her classes :)
