★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zondag een rode roos gekocht die ik maandag nodig had. Helaas op maandagmorgen zag het er al niet zo goed meer uit. Dinsdag lag de roos in de prulllenbak. Blij dat ik geen bos hebt gekocht.
Bought a red rose on Sunday which I needed on Monday. Unfortunately on Monday morning it didn't look so good anymore. On Tuesday the rose was in the trash can. Glad I didn't buy a bunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op 30 april een mooie grote bos Rozen besteld. Ik was heel tevreden. Op 15 mei besteld mijn moeder dezelfde grote bos rozen (online + 6 euro bezorgkosten) en die is een stuk minder mooi en minder groot. Op het moment dat mijn moeder belt en aangeeft dat ze toch wel teleurgesteld is wordt ze afgesnauwd dat ze dan maar langs moet komen... Super jammer dat na een eerste positieve ervaring zo een slechte ervaring komt. Dit nadat je in 2 weken voor 100 euro aan bloemen hebt gekocht, dan verwacht je betere service en ieder geval een stukje vriendelijkheid.
On April 30 ordered a beautiful large bunch of Roses. I was very satisfied. On May 15 my mother ordered the same large bunch of roses (online + 6 euro delivery costs) and it is a lot less beautiful and less big. The moment my mother calls and indicates that she is still disappointed, she is snubbed that she should come by ... Super sorry that after a first positive experience such a bad experience. After buying 100 euros worth of flowers in 2 weeks, you expect better service and at least a bit of friendliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't be more happy with the online service of Kalders Bloemen. They have a selection of wonderful banquet which care actually quite unique comparing to other flower shop (even online).
I wanted to surprise my best friend as she finally finished her PhD and I felt awful for not sending anything on her special 30th birthday so I went check out different kind of flower shops online. In the end Kalders Bloemen was the best option I found (presentation, review, selections of flowers and sample pictures which are provided in their site).
The site is nice as some site makes you kind of doubt if it's "real" or "fake", besides sample pictures are great (you can also check on their social media for examples as most of the online/web shops for flowers got low image quality. So I am glad it's not the case here.
Once my best friend received her banquet (on the day of request day), I received the image of it and I can't be more happy with the flower arrangement they have done for the banquet! It made my best friend and I very happy (such a beautiful flowers even choice of flower meanings, I totally loving it). So thank you and I will definitely order another banquet in the near future!
I highly recommend this florist! Of course, when it comes to time like Corona, you have to remember that not all the locations are possible for delivery so make sure to check before placing the order.
