The service was very fast, got an option to borrow a bicycle while the car was being worked on, and the service was performed for free. The service was provided in English since I do not speak Dutch perfectly. Recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad, i’ve paid 7k and it took ages to fix car, moreover not single good will from bmw were offered for their weak engineering, when one faulty unit broken caused entire fuel system contamination, so i had to replace it all and pay out of my own pocket. Even after reparation its not ended, i had strong diesel smell in de cabin and when i came back to show them kalfsbeek assured me it is nothing wrong but i started sending many emails and finally they pay attention and invited for control and of course found out that reparation wasn’t completed well as it should and had to do some additional reparation, overall bad experience starting from the desk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick and smooth service. Once you get in and hand in your keys, sit back in the lounge area. You can work or read through some of the mags provided. Have a drink of water or coffee (not the best but hey, good for the wait!). Make sure you reserve a spot beforehand. Be out before you know it!
