★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het bedrijf wil geen particulieren helpen aan informatie zodat zij iets meer van hun apparaat kunnen begrijpen. De receptioniste is de enige die je normaal laat uitspreken en als je verder wordt doorgeschakeld nadat je aangeeft een particulier te zijn wordt je door de volgende persoon kortaf duidelijk gemaakt zonder dat ze je willen laten uitspreken dat ze particulieren niet te woord willen staan laat staan iets voor de particulier te willen betekenen.
Hele slechte service!!!
The company does not want to provide information to individuals so that they can understand a little more about their device. The receptionist is the only one who normally lets you speak and if you are forwarded after you indicate that you are a private person, you will be briefly made clear by the next person without them wanting you to say that they do not want to speak to private persons, let alone something to mean for the individual.
Very bad service !!!
