Zum Hintergrund- wir haben versucht als Pierer den örtlichen Heizungs- und Sanitär Betrieb für einen Auftrag zu bekommen, der lediglich vorsah, aus einem Anschluss eine Abzweigung anzubringen, damit zwei Waschbecken über den selben Abfluss laufen und beide mit Wasser versorgt werden können. Die für unser Verständnis pampige Art einer der Bürokräfte störte uns nicht, hofften wir doch auf die Zuverlässigkeit und den guten Ruf der Firma. Leider wurde nun zum zweiten Mal ein bereits fest zugesagter Termin von der Firma Kamarys abgesagt. Wir vermuten, da die Installation durch Dritte (Porta) stattfindet, dies der wahre Grund ist und man sich lukrativeren Dingen widmen möchte. Vorgestern kamen noch zwei sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und schauten sich an, was am Tag der geplanten Installation gemacht werden sollte, heute erfolgte die zweite Absage, angeblich aus Zeitgründen - 15 Tage vor dem bereits zugesagten Termin. Schade. Would love to leave a positive review, but unfortunately the company seems to be able to live from its good reputation, so that it no longer wants to carry out every order - this is their right, only it has already led to difficulties for us twice, since we relied on commitments. In the background - we tried as Pierer to get the local heating and plumbing company for an order that only intended to make a branch from a connection so that two sinks run over the same drain and both can be supplied with water. The kind of one of the office workers, which we thought was pompous, didn't bother us, we hoped for the reliability and good reputation of the company. Unfortunately, the Kamarys company has now canceled an appointment that has already been confirmed. We suspect that the installation is done by a third party (Porta), this is the real reason and you want to do more lucrative things. The day before yesterday two very friendly employees came and looked at what should be done on the day of the planned installation, today the second cancellation took place, supposedly due to time constraints - 15 days before the agreed date. Too bad.
S	Scherpi76 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider im Endeffekt nicht professionell und kompetent genug für unser Problem mit der Gasheizung. Dadurch wurden sehr viele Arbeitsstunden bei der Heizungseinstellung verschwendet, die ich natürlich unnötigerweise und teuer bezahlen musste und die Heizung blieb trotzdem erstmal weiter fehlerhaft und viel über mehrere Tage und halbtägig min. einmal aus. Der Service des Heizungsherstellers kam, durch Empfehlung von Kamarys, dann schlussendlich gleichzeitig mit vor Ort und stellte die Heizung innerhalb einer Stunde korrekt ein. Seitdem läuft sie absolut fehlerfrei und stabil und fiel nicht einmal mehr aus (2 Jahre jetzt schon). Von daher würde ich Kamarys, bei echten Heizungsproblemen, nicht mehr anrufen. 2 Sterne gibts noch, weil sich Kamarys weiter wenigstens bemüht hatte und wenigstens am Ball geblieben ist, ist ja heutzutage leider, nach meiner Erfahrung mit deutschen Handwerkern, auch keine pure Selbstverständlichkeit mehr. Trotzdem unterm Strich hätte ich mir ca. min. 2/3 der Kosten bei der Heizungseinstellung sparen können, hätte ich direkt auf den Heizungsherstellerservice gesetzt, weil der einfach entsprechend deutlich weniger Stunden bei der Heizungseinstellung gebraucht hat und die ihre Technik komplett kennen und sie nicht erst vor Ort "erlernen und verstehen" müssen, wie der Meister von Kamarys in diesem Fall. Unfortunately in the end not professional and competent enough for our problem with the gas heating. The service of the heating manufacturer came, on the recommendation of Kamarys, then finally at the same time on site and set the heating correctly within an hour. Since then it has been running absolutely error-free and stable and has not even failed (2 years now). That's why I wouldn't call Kamarys if there were real heating problems. There are still 2 stars, because Kamarys at least tried harder and at least stayed on the ball, unfortunately, in my experience with German craftsmen, it is no longer a matter of course anymore. Nevertheless, the bottom line was that I could have saved about at least 2/3 of the costs for setting the heating if I had relied directly on the heating manufacturer service, because they simply needed significantly fewer hours to set the heating and they know their technology completely and they don't only have to "learn and understand" on site, like the master von Kamarys in this case.

Preis war auch noch vollkommen in Ordnung. Wir werden in Zukunft die Wartungen an Kamarys weitergeben. Besten Dank. Super Service.
