β β β β β Mooie winkel / loods. Enorme keus in meubels, vazen, keramiek en verlichting, goed eerlijk design! Aardige eigenaar Bob is erg behulpzaam.
Beautiful shop / shed. Huge choice in furniture, vases, ceramics and lighting, good honest design! Nice owner Bob is very helpful.

β β β β β Het ouderlijk huis moest opgeruimd met onder andere meubels uit begin jaren 60.
Na Google geraadpleegd te hebben op de site van Kameleon-Design terecht gekomen. Middels foto's een nette aanbiedingen gekregen van de eigenaar. Prima contact en stipte betaling.
Gun dergelijke meubels een tweede ronde!
The parental home had to be cleaned up, including furniture from the early 1960s.
After consulting Google, I ended up on the Kameleon-Design site. Received a nice offer from the owner through photos. Excellent contact and prompt payment.
Give such furniture a second round!

β β β β β Ik kwam via via met Bob van Kameleon-Design in contact toen ik mijn ouderlijk huis moest leegruimen. Het was prettig zaken doen met Bob. Hij biedt eerlijke bedragen en is erg bereid tot meedenken. Zelfs nu kopen en afrekenen, en vervolgens een half jaar wachten op zijn spullen behoorde tot de mogelijkheden. Als ik opnieuw designspullen 'over' heb, zou ik als eerste weer aan Bob denken.
I came into contact with Bob van Kameleon-Design via via when I had to clear out my parental home. It was nice doing business with Bob. He offers fair amounts and is very willing to contribute ideas. Even now buying and paying, and then waiting for half a year for his stuff was one of the possibilities. If I had 'left over' design stuff again, I would think of Bob again first.

β β β β β Bij het leegruimen van de woning van mijn tante bij toeval in contact gekomen met Bob van Kameleon-Design, maar dat bleek een schot in de roos! Goede afspraken, meedenken en een mooie prijs voor de meubelen zorgden voor een zeer prettig totaal pakket. Echt een aanrader.
While clearing out my aunt's house, I accidentally came into contact with Bob from Kameleon-Design, but that turned out to be a bull's eye! Good agreements, thinking along and a good price for the furniture resulted in a very pleasant total package. Really recommended.

β β β β β I tried to discuss and consign an expensive sofa that we bought from him (nothing was wrong, simply couldnt find a suitable place in our new appartment and the item was barely used by us and in exactly the same condition as when we bought it a year ago) Obviously it is our risk and he didnt have to do anything but the problem is he was first asking for pictures etc, and then never replied back when I sent the pictures. Although I contacted him several times, he kept on evading us. Probably he thought not worth the hassle. Not an honest approach, he could have simply said he is not interested and not waste 4 months of my time. He may have a piece you want, but check alternative dealers first, and make sure you know what you are dealing with if you decide to buy.
Note for below reply: I didn't insist on a price, i told him I would expect to have lower but not much lower, but asked him what he offers, and he promised to get back to me and make an offer after I sent pictures...which he never did. I can send the full email conversation if anybody is interested. The free storage he mentions is this: i bought the sofa for the new house, and the delivery was set for 4 months later (as our appartment was still under renovation). This was not a discussion point at any moment, late delivery was the condition we agreed during purchase.
