Although I regret that this was not done immediately (satisfied, returning customers seem important to me and good advertising), I am satisfied with the solution offered. As I wrote in my review, all other purchases are to your complete satisfaction and meet the description on the website (and Marketplace). I recommend everyone, if you are looking, to make a comparison with the offer at KameraFabriek. ====================================== After a satisfied previous purchase, I bought the Canon EF 24-70 f / 2.8 L USM the day before (€ 789). The ad text said: Condition: 5 stars As good as new without signs of use. Unfortunately, the lens hood does not connect well to the lens. The reaction of CameraFabriek: "But the lens is really in top condition! As said, the lens hood is just a little less. Maybe you let yourself be guided a bit too much by that? I would have liked to reimburse you for a new lens hood. These are new at 20-30 euros. But because we have already given a 30 euro discount, that is not possible now. " If it had been stated that the lens hood did not fit properly, I probably would not have made the purchase or I would not have accepted the € 30 discount (due to previous purchase). There are enough alternatives for € 759 (€ 789 - € 30). Also the comment; "But the lens is really in top condition! As said, the lens hood is just a bit less. Maybe you let yourself be guided a little too much by that?" Is inappropriate because that was not mentioned anywhere. This lens may be just 4 stars, but the total purchase lens + lens hood is certainly not 5 stars !! (Included: Lens caps, Lens hood EW-83F). Too bad because I was a satisfied customer. After this miss, this was my last purchase here .... (Also separately: the advertisement is still active on Marktplaats and on the KameraFabriek website ...).

Finally bought my full frame - Canon 5D Mark ii. Fast, adequate information via the app; perfect logistics and administrative process; very happy with my my Canon & KF; expectation and practice correspond 100%. :-)

Through online store I bought camera and lens twice in a row. very good buying experience, fair product evaluation system, what you see is what you get. as it is not a cheap camera i called them for more information, very nice sir with patience, top and trusted seller! if i need more equipment i will come back here for sure.

I bought a beautiful Canon EF 16-35 F4L here, and traded in two lenses. The lens neatly packaged, received a day later. Looked in real life, just as good as in the pictures. That same day, the seller looked at my lenses and immediately refunded the remaining amount. Friendly man, and speaks to you nicely.
