It was very nice but the site did have defects, luckily it is being rebuilt now.

Auf meine Anfrage hin, was nun mit der Anzahlung passiert, bekam ich von Fr. Blocker die Antwort, ich hätte einen Vertag unterschrieben und müsse von daher den kompletten Betrag bezahlen.
Es gab einige emails hin- und her.
Fazit: Fr. Blocker kann keinerlei Gutschriften machen, da sie sonst finanziell nicht zurecht kommt. Meine Position scheint nicht zu interessieren - mein Mann ist selbstständig und hat keine Aufträge mehr, ich selbst bin in Kurzarbeit. Alternativtermine kann sie auch nicht anbieten.
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und verärgert über eine solche Haltung in diesen schwierigen Zeiten.
Alle Freunde und Bekannte in ähnlicher Situation haben entweder einen Teil ihrer Anzahlung zurückbekommen oder einen Gutschein für einen anderen Zeitraum.
Gott sei Dank, ist nicht jeder so egoistisch und unsolidarisch wie Fr. Blocker.
We had to cancel our booked 5 days in the Easter holidays due to corona.
When I asked what happened to the deposit, Ms. Blocker replied that I had signed a contract and therefore had to pay the full amount.
There were some emails back and forth.
Conclusion: Ms. Blocker cannot make any credits, otherwise she cannot cope financially. My position doesn't seem to be of interest - my husband is self-employed and no longer has any assignments, and I'm on short-time work myself. She cannot offer alternative dates either.
I am very disappointed and upset with such an attitude in these difficult times.
All friends and acquaintances in a similar situation either got part of their deposit back or a voucher for a different period of time.
Thank goodness, not everyone is as selfish and lacking in solidarity as Ms. Blocker.
