Perfecte verhoudingen geweldig voor een snelle lunch of tussendoor met een heerlijke Oolong tee ernaast.

Reason I was there as a family member after a cremation from an uncle of ours. Live in Hoorn myself, so I am not often in Rotterdam anymore, but that sandwich with Ribeye beef and truffle mayo is good!
Perfect proportions great for a quick lunch or in between with a delicious Oolong tee next to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iedere keer weer een verrassing wat voor lekkers ik voorgeschoteld krijg. En tot nu toe iedere keer heerlijk gegeten. Zowel de lunch, de hoofdgerechten en de hapjes zijn een genot voor liefhebbers van verfijnde smaken en smaakexplosies. Een aanrader dus.
Every time a surprise what goodies I get served. And so far delicious food every time. Both lunch, main courses and appetizers are a delight for lovers of refined flavors and taste explosions. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kanen by G is a bistro you amazingly find by chance as it is nestled in the delightful historic Delfshaven.
A modern little venue that definitely is worth seeking out. The ‘urban’ décor has a ’millenial “ feel to it adorned with hip, cool and quirky designs.
This bistro’s menu is simple yet delightful providing a handful of mouth watering sandwiches, teppanyakis and salads.
The highlight was the steak sandwich that is hearty and packed with savoury/umami flavours.
Definitely one of those best find bistro gems that is worth coming back for.
