Eine Testfahrt habe ich auch durchgeführt , und einen Verladetest im eigenen PkW ist auch möglich.Eine Finanzierung vor Ort war schnell abgeschlossen . Bought a Tern BYB P8 there this month. Ich habe jedoch eine Falschlieferung erhalten, deren Rückabwicklung zu mühsam war, da die zuständige Abteilung äußerst kommunikationsfaul und seeehrrrr langsam war. Das Rücksendeetikett kam kommentarlos an (d.h. kein "tut uns leid, dass Sie das falsche Teil bekommen haben"). 14 Tage nachdem die Rücksendung nachweislich angekommen war, hatte ich mein Geld immer noch nicht wieder auf dem Konto, so dass ich nachfragen musste. Das Geld wurde dann - wieder kommentarlos - rückerstattet. Sorry, aber Kundenfreundlichkeit sieht anders aus. Ich habe dann ein ähnliches Produkt bei A***n bestellt (die zumindest Rücksendungen äußerst kulant abwickeln), obwohl ich eigentlich lieber lokale Unternehmen unterstütze. However, I received an incorrect delivery, the return of which was too tedious, since the responsible department was extremely lazy in communication and very slow. The return label arrived with no comment (i.e. no "sorry you got the wrong part"). 14 days after the return was proven to have arrived, I still didn't have my money back in my account, so I had to ask. The money was then - again without comment - refunded. Sorry, but customer friendliness looks different. I then ordered a similar product from A***n (who at least handle returns very accommodating), although I actually prefer to support local businesses.

JPL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da mir die Videos von Kai Kaniewski gut gefallen haben und der stationäre Brompton Handel in Frankfurt zu wünschen übrig lässt, habe ich Online das neue P Line bestellt, bis zur Lieferung telefonisch und per Email ein paar Fragen mit KK ausgetauscht. Lieferung kam dann zügig und im Standard Brompton Karton, noch eine kleine Reifenreklamation im Anschluss geklärt. Fazit: Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit, nette Kontakte, so wie es sein soll. Since I liked the videos of Kai Kaniewski well and the stationary Brompton trade in Frankfurt left to be desired, I ordered online the new P LINE until the delivery by phone and by email a few questions with KK exchanged. Delivery then came quickly and in the standard Brompton carton, still a small tire reclamation subsequently clarified. Conclusion: Very good accessibility, nice contacts, as it should be.
