Hans Jacobs (Dutch Moscow kayak Olympian) introduced us and took us around. It was a magic morning with magnificent weather.

The answer:
Such damages does not occur when you try to sit in the shop, but are typical for getting in and out of the water. It was pretended to me that the new kayaks would not be delivered this year. The information was also incorrect because the container was delivered at the beginning of October. I get an email asking if I would still like to get my kayak. That's why it came out.
It's very annoying. Due to this negative experience, I won't buy anything more there.
