★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In verband met de afkoop van beklemrecht had ik geen andere keus dan in zee te gaan met de KKG als tussenpersoon. Vanuit deze monopoliepositie rekende de KKG vervolgens een tarief van 275% van de daadwerkelijke afkoopkosten. Dit tarief was exclusief notariskosten. Uiteindelijk betekende dit dat de KKG als tussenpersoon de partij was die het meeste heeft verdiend aan de afkoop van de beklemming, terwijl de KKG het minste heeft gedaan.
Alle werkzaamheden die voor mij van belang waren werden verricht door de notaris. De KKG heeft werkzaamheden verricht voor het college van kerkrentmeesters en vervolgens een volgens hen 'minimumtarief' bij mij in rekening gebracht. Ik kon niet om de KKG als tussenpersoon heen en heb dus maar betaald. Op mijn herhaalde verzoek om een gespecificeerde factuur is vervolgens niet ingegaan, zodat het volstrekt onduidelijk blijft welke werkzaamheden verricht zijn door de KKG die een tarief van 275% rechtvaardigen.
Bij mij is sterk het gevoel blijven hangen dat de KKG als tussenpersoon de afkoop als gelegenheid heeft gezien om een fiks bedrag binnen te harken. Mogelijk, omdat de administratie die zij t.b.v. het college van kerkrentmeesters voeren voor de beklemming zelf niets opleverde.

My repeated request for an itemized invoice was subsequently not accepted, so that it remains completely unclear which activities were performed by the KKG that justify a rate of 275%.
I have a strong feeling that the KKG, as an intermediary, has seen the surrender as an opportunity to rake in a hefty amount. Possibly, because the administration they conduct for the board of church stewards did not yield anything for the oppression itself.
