Diesen Anbieter kann ich vollstens weiterempfehlen da hier einfach alles stimmte: Angenehme Gruppengröße, gute Betreuung, unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation im Vorfeld der Buchung, landschaftlich schöne Tour (auf der Erft). Wir haben die Tour ganz kurzfristig gebucht und ein gutes Info-Paket mit allen Details per Email bekommen, was uns die Planung sehr erleichtert hat. Das Team ist echt mit viel Herzblut und Engagement dabei und sehr sympathisch. Man fühlt sich wirklich gut umsorgt und hat nicht das Gefühl einfach nur ein "zahlender Kunder" zu sein. Mit voller Überzeugung: fünf Sterne! Danke für den schönen Tag am 13. Juni! I've done a couple of canoe trips in the area with various tour operators. I can fully recommend this provider because everything was just right here: pleasant group size, good support, uncomplicated and fast communication in advance of the booking, scenic tour (on the Erft). We booked the tour at very short notice and received a good info package with all details by email, which made planning very easy for us. The team is genuinely passionate and committed and very personable. You feel really well looked after and don't feel like you're just a "paying customer". With total conviction: five stars! Sonst war es aber richtig schön, und wir kommen bestimmt wieder!! The tour was great, the team was great! Only the group could have been a bit smaller. According to the information, we were 29 people; 20 would have been more than enough ... Otherwise it was really nice and we will definitely be back !!

Die Tour war ansprechend und es gab viel zu sehen. Manche Wildwasserabschnitte waren herausfordernd, gerade das hat eine Menge Spaß gemacht. Wir durften sogar an einem Abschnitt mehrmals ein paar Skills üben :-D Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! It was just great. We all had a lot of fun together, the team is super nice and accommodating. The group size was also ideal. The tour was engaging and there was a lot to see. Some whitewater stretches were challenging, which was a lot of fun. We were even allowed to practice a few skills several times in one section :-D We will definitely be back!

Although we were on the Erft with several boats, it did not seem crowded to me at all. There were several guides who not only paid attention to safety and helped at one point or another, but above all were very friendly and funny. Overall, it was very well planned. I was surprised that it was a little more challenging to maneuver here and there on the route than I would have expected it to be. Even though it was just around the corner from where I live I got instantly a holiday feeling. Kudos to the team.
